Why do you need to invest in a family mountain session?

When you think about Alberta what is the first thing that comes into your mind? To me, is the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. The mountains are our refuge, our sanctuary. It is the place that brings us peace. Those mountains will always feel like home to our children because so many childhood memories will be connected to them.

I understand, why we go so far – to enjoy the stunning views of the mountains, the cozy vibe of mountain towns like Banff, Jasper and to make lasting memories with the people who matter most to us–our family. I understand how precious those memories are; but making them is just half of the equation, we need to preserve them forever.

Photography, at its best, is a powerful language that speaks to our emotions. It allows us to tell our story and shows others our world. Having our family story told through images is extremely powerful. It gives us the opportunity to relive those experiences over and over again.

Those images help children to see themselves as a valued and important part of that family unit. Those images should be a safe holding space for kids where they are safe and protected.
